    The TD Toronto Jazz Festival announces its first round of artists coming to our city this summer, June 22 – July 1, 2018.

    Headliners confirmed to appear at the 32nd Annual TD Toronto Jazz Festival include – Gregory Porter, Herbie Hancock, Snarky Puppy, Bela Flek & The Flecktones, Lake Street Drive and more!

    Lake Street Dive is a modern-day quartet that seamlessly incorporates jazz, R&B, pop, soul and ‘60s-era rock into a catchy, rollicking mix. Full of witty and irreverent joy, their music is built on hot musical chops, smart lyrics and lush vocal arrangements. From performing at the White House to musical guests on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and The Today Show, sold out shows across the United States and rave reviews for their latest album, Side Pony, Lake Street Dive “boasts an unflagging collective charisma and sense of humor that will take them far” (Rolling Stone).

    The two-time GRAMMY-winning vocalist returns to the Festival with his latest project, Nat King Cole & Me. A deeply personal tribute to one of the most iconic singers who ignited Gregory Porter’s love of music, the evening will feature some of the most cherished classic Nat King Cole tunes including “Smile,” “L-O-V-E,” and “Nature Boy.” Don’t miss the opportunity to hear one of this generation’s greatest singers perform the music of the legendary crooner as we step back in time for this heartfelt salute.

    Banjoist Bela Fleck returns to the Festival stage this summer, reuniting with original Flecktone members Victor Wooten, Roy “Futureman” Wooten and Harold Levy. Renowned for their virtuoso musicianship and mastery of improvisation, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones have perfected their hybrid of bluegrass, jazz and pop over the span of their 30-year career.
